If you’ve ever seen the clay-mation cartoon “Wallace and Gromit” you’ll appreciate the name Michele picked for her dog! Michele Nelson is the Internal Development Coordinator for Yours Truly. Michele joined the YT family in of 2001. She lives in Macedonia with her husband Dane, their two sons, and family dog Gromit. Michele was born in Youngstown, Ohio and grew up in Canfield.

Michele lived in Pittsburgh while she attended Pennsylvania Culinary Institute. She moved to Hilton Head where she worked as a chef for Westin Resorts and then moved to Denver. Before moving back to the Cleveland area, she worked for Hyatt in Columbus. Michele is excited to be working in training and development and loves to work one on one with people.

In her spare time she plays tennis, goes horseback riding and bakes up a storm! Her favorite YT menu item is the Chicken Broil with sautéed mushrooms and onions.

In ten years, Michele sees herself still working with Yours Truly restaurants. She states, “Yours Truly is such a wonderfully energetic family-based environment to work in. Everyone is so personable, fun and full of energy. I get excited about going to work!”
