Arno Kremer, General Manager
 Arno spent quite a bit of time with various Akron radio stations as a broadcaster, then decided the money would be better in the restaurant industry. It would also provide him the opportunity to serve people, which he enjoys. He began with Pizza Hut, then ventured out of the franchise world and took a good look at Yours Truly. He knew of Yours Truly's reputation and had heard good things about the quality of life offered for employees. In January of 1998, he joined the team.

Tallmadge is Arno's home town, but he now lives with his wife and two children in Hudson, a community they chose because it offers so much. He plays trombone in the Western Reserve Community Band and enjoys the quietly raging sport of disc golf (played with Frisbees) at the community park. 

Stacey Coulson

Manager Stacey Coulson says, if she were a car, she’d be a Ram Air Trans Am because “it’s fast and furious, yet reliable.”  Co-workers would agree.  Since Stacey joined Yours Truly in late 2005, she’s been on a mission to learn all she can as quickly as possible, with her sights set on becoming a general manager someday.   

Though she always dabbled in the restaurant industry, it wasn’t until she came to Yours Truly that she made it a full-time vocation.  Prior to joining YT, she combined working at Youngs Restaurant in the Portage Lakes area with her job as an activity director for senior citizens, where she put her music education/music therapy degree from the College of Wooster to good use. 

Having lived in Wisconsin for a decade after college, she’s a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan.  She also loves Harleys (another throwback to her Wisconsin days) and says riding on the back of her husband’s Harley and mapping out their trips is her idea of fun. 

Stacey and her husband and two children claim their house is a mini-zoo - home to 1 dog, 4 cats, 1 hamster, two guinea pigs and a tank of fish!   

At home, she always has a bottle of Dave’s Insanity Hot Sauce on hand (“not for the lighthearted,” cautions Stacey), but at YT, her favorite items include waffles and limeades.
