Jerry Wisniewski, General Manager

One of the more unique resumes at Yours Truly belongs to General Manager Jerry Wisniewski. After growing up in Milwaukee, he attended the University of Wisconsin and majored in poultry science with an emphasis in Food Science. He has seventeen years of technical experience in food research including reformulating a cholesterol-free egg product and developing the Long Egg.

What might the Long Egg be, you ask? Yes, we asked too! The Long Egg is an 18" long hard cooked egg used by commercial food services that provides lots and lots of nice big round slices of egg centers. In case you're worried about the poor chicken that has to lay the Long Egg, it's actually a manufactured product using many eggs at once.

Jerry and his family came to Cleveland in 1985 when he took a job with Stouffer Foods. He reformulated the Stouffers Lasagna to be more microwaveable and customer-friendly, and also did the initial research on the Hearty Portions turkey and the meatloaf  meals.  As time went by, a change sounded good and Jerry decided to go to work for a restaurant. A newspaper ad lead him to Yours Truly and, after interviews and reading about the company at the library, he started work on November 21, 1995.

Jerry's wife is a Registered Nurse at University Hospitals.  Jerry and Barbara are the proud parents of two adult daughters.

Carl Cultrona

Carl Cultrona brings over a decade of restaurant management experience to his position at Yours Truly. 

Carl says when he was making a job change he wanted to find a company that offered good food and good service.  Yours Truly fit the bill perfectly!   

This Shaker Heights native enjoys playing softball and spending time with his wife, son and daughter.  His favorite sports team is the Cleveland Browns.  Go Browns! 

He’s a traditionalist when it comes to Yours Truly favorite food items.  The Special Delivery Burger, Notso® Omelet and Notso® Fries top his list.   

Carl, described as “warm and welcoming” by YT guests and staff members alike, says the Yours Truly mission is his daily guide:  “It’s all about Making People Happy.”

Tim Scott

Tim Scott began his career at Yours Truly in 2011.  In addition to over 25 years of restaurant management experience and several years of grocery management, Tim was previously a Kraft Foods Sales Representative and District Coordinator.  

Tim was born in Knockemstiff, Ohio, in Ross County, and is the youngest of ten children in his family! He attended college in Circleville, Ohio . He has two children and two grandchildren. He is also a music enthusiast; although he does not play any instruments, he and his wife own thousands of CDs from every genre and time period. He enjoys both classic music from the 1960s and earlier as well as more recent music. 

This is Tim’s first time working in a full service restaurant, and he loves the challenge of learning new concepts and keeping everything organized. His most rewarding experience so far came when he transferred to Hudson and was surprised to find many of his customers followed him to his new location. “They said they would eat wherever I go,” Tim explained. He believes this loyalty is due to the strong connections he has made with his customers.  

Tim feels right at home when eating Yours Truly’s General Tso’s Chicken, which is his go-to entrée on the Yours Truly menu.
