Enjoying interaction with guests has led Dick to spend his entire career in the restaurant business.  His resume includes stints at Noggins, Cleveland PM and The Bubble Room on Captiva Island in Florida before joining Yours Truly in 1993.

Dick's experience as well as his ability to relate to every position in the company allowed him to quickly progress from manager to general manager to his present position as regional manager.  Along with Darlene Shibley Ziegenhagen, Dick is responsible for the hiring, training and development of approximately 30 managers and trainees at any given time.  In 2005, he was appointed to the Shibley Management Board of Directors. 

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and their Golden Retriever, Sammy.
