Robert Obermiller His first job in high school was in a restaurant, followed by a position with Kent State food service, so he was interested in getting back into the restaurant business. Robert specifically looked for a company that was not a franchise and not fast food. He wanted a smaller, family-style restaurant, and found himself on Yours Truly's doorstep. Robert has been with Yours Truly since 1994 and has worked at several YT locations. When he's not working hard at Yours Truly, Robert spends his time with his son Allen and working on his house. Fictional war stories make enjoyable reading for Robert, and he is a loyal Indians fan. In fact, he claims he and his friends had their own personal vendor in the old Municipal Stadium, when there weren't many others showing their support! Kurt Farrar Kurt rejoined Yours Truly after nearly a decade away. “I missed the fast pace and daily challenges of running a restaurant and meeting new people,” says Kurt. He brings 20 years of experience – from fine dining to fast food to family restaurants. Kurt was raised in northeast Ohio and keeps busy spending time with his daughter, Marissa. They enjoy roller coasters, Cleveland Indians, going to the beach and visiting new places. Surfing the net, spending time on Facebook, and reading sports and history books fill up Kurt’s free time. “Parachuting out of an airplane is on my bucket list,” declares Kurt. His favorite “YT Moment” is when he administered the Heimlich Maneuver on a guest “who could not decide between eating and talking and wanted to do both.” Fortunately, Kurt was able to react quickly! Kurt’s goal is to one day run his own restaurant or manage multiple units of a restaurant. He holds a BBA from Cleveland State. At Yours Truly, he never goes a week without having a Reuben Broil accompanied by his favorite shake – a mix of chocolate and strawberry.
